Stericycle Communication Solutions’ Sarah Bennight, newly promoted to director of product marketing, was named HIT marketing and PR person of the year at the recent Healthcare and IT Marketing Conference in Boston, recognizing her role in the growth of Stericycle Communication Solutions enterprise healthcare business and in leading the re-branding effort earlier this year.

Sarah and the marketing team rolled out new branding and messaging at HIMSS 2019 to better reflect its focus on customer and patient experiences. Sarah places a large emphasis on improving the patient experience through health IT and driving a greater understanding of all things related to HIT throughout the organization via internal communications, newsletters, organized training, and social media.
Sarah and her team handle all product marketing and client marketing functions across our key target markets and segments.
Business Development Director
Renee Rountree, business development director at Stericycle Communication Solutions achieved her own milestone by earning Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) certification. The certification, awarded by Patient Experience Institute (PXI), signifies that recipients possess the qualities of a leader who influences the systems, processes, and behaviors that cultivate consistently positive experiences.
Newly appointed Executive Vice President of Communication and Related Services Cory White noted, “Today’s tech-savvy patients are using digital channels to seek health information and services, but human interaction still remains an essential element of the customer experience.
