People often ask if there’s an InQuicker or PatientPrompt app. Our answer is a simple one (“no”), but the reasoning behind our web-based (versus app-based) approach to online self-scheduling and patient communications is much more complex. And it’s founded on powerful research findings, including:

Of the more than 165,000 health-related apps in the Apple and Google app stores,[1] fewer than 36 account for nearly half of all downloads – and most of these are calorie counters and step trackers.[2]

While more than 66% of hospitals have gone to the time and expense to develop a mobile app,[3] only 2% of patients use them.[4]

Patients want more healthcare services and greater access, but they don’t want another username and password. The average American already has more than 90 online accounts[5] and 19 passwords![6]

And the most startling statistic of all: When hospitals fail to align their digital strategy with consumer demand, it could cost them $100 million in lost annual revenue.[7]

In our latest ebook, “No. We Don’t Have an App for That,” we invite you to learn more about the benefits of a web-based approach to online self-scheduling and patient communications – benefits that range from improved patient satisfaction and increased market share to better care coordination and improved efficiency/load balancing. All of this and more…no app required.
