Cory White, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer

Cory White is a seasoned sales and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare-related business process outsourcing and has experience leading turnarounds while driving substantial revenue and profit growth. Prior to joining Stericycle, Cory served as chief commercial officer at Startek, a global business process outsourcing company with more than 50,000 employees in 13 countries. While at Startek, Cory led the organization to the largest expansion in company history, generating more than $230 million in new business in less than three years. Prior to Startek, Cory gained valuable experience in the healthcare and business services industry with various leadership roles at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), a business process and IT outsourcing services company, and Convergys, Inc., a large global CRM outsourcing provider. In executive capacities with these companies, Cory oversaw operations, sales, customer service, and marketing, supporting the dynamic needs of the healthcare industry. Cory is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.

Vice President of Product, Strategy, and GM of ComSol

Matt Dickson is a versatile leader with strong operational management experience and expertise providing IT, product, and process solutions in the healthcare industry for nearly 25 years. Prior to joining Stericycle, Matt served as vice president of data analytics for Conduent Payment Integrity Solutions, a global business process outsourcing company with more than 85,000 employees in 40 countries. While at Conduent, Matt built predictive models to identify overpayments for healthcare payers, leading to a 60% increase in identification rates. Prior to his time working with Payment Integrity Solutions, Matt worked in several other verticals and horizontals at Conduent, where he led storage and database teams, reducing storage expenditures by 85% in his first year. Matt also served as vice president of strategic operations, winning an award for product innovation of the year. Matt is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and completed a master’s degree at Southern New Hampshire University where he won the Outstanding Student Award for having the highest GPA of graduating students in their respective major while earning his advanced degree in data analytics.

Ammon Woods is a seasoned veteran in the healthcare industry and brings more than 15 years of sales leadership experience in business process and customer experience outsourcing. Prior to joining the Stericycle team, Ammon served as senior vice president of sales for Everise, an Asia-based global customer experience company. Under his leadership, annual bookings increased by 38% while new logo signings increased by 67%. Throughout his career, Ammon has consistently led high performing teams who beat revenue numbers and exceeded sales quotas, including at Startek, Convergys, and Affiliated Computer Services (ACS)/Xerox. While at Convergys, he sold $72 million of business in three years, significantly helping build the healthcare practice. Ammon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from the University of Kentucky.

Vice President of Marketing and Communications

Kelly Hilton is a strategic marketing leader with 20 years of experience informing, influencing, and inspiring audiences. Prior to joining Stericycle, Kelly served as senior director of marketing and global communications at Startek, a global business process outsourcing company with more than 50,000 employees in 13 countries. While at Startek, Kelly's marketing strategy contributed to the company receiving Frost & Sullivan's prestigious Strategic Innovation Award. Prior to Startek, Kelly served as SVP of employee engagement at ACCENT Marketing Services, a top 50 marketing services agency and as AVP of marketing at Fort Knox National Company, a top 25 US originator of Automated Clearing House (ACH) consumer electronic payments. In these roles, Kelly oversaw marketing, communications, public relations, and human resources, helping connect the talent and customer brands to drive organizational growth. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and has completed Stanford University's executive education program on managing talent for strategic advantage.

Director of Human Resources

Erin Galloway is a seasoned, versatile human resources leader with over 20 years of experience in designing, changing, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives. At Stericycle, she held the title of director of talent acquisitions prior to transitioning to her current role. Before joining Stericycle, Erin served as the director of human resources for the Doha Film Institute in Qatar, which is an independent, not-for-profit organization supporting the growth of the local film community. At the Doha Film Institute, Erin developed and implemented staffing strategies, departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures, as well as worked closely with the Doha Film Institute Executive Director and CEO as a strategic business partner to drive company initiatives through the human resource function. Prior to the Doha Film Institute, Erin served as the global director of human resources for Carnegie Mellon University, director of human resources for AIMCO, and human resources manager for C.P. Morgan. Erin is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington and has her certification in GPHR and SPHR.

Vice President of Business Development

Lance brings over 20 years of Business Administration, Finance, Account Management, Innovation Thought Leadership, Technology and Consulting/Solution Design experience in Business Process Outsourcing supporting various vertical industry segments, including Healthcare. He joined Stericycle ComSol in October from the Utah Department of Transportation where he was responsible for managing the Finance and Business Administration Teams. Before that, he was at Startek where he was the Vice President of Client Strategy and Solutions managing business and client service functions. Lance also spent nearly 15 years with Sutherland Global Services and ACS/Xerox Services where he was an Account Executive and VP of Customer Management supporting business activities around the globe. His background includes building and managing a team of business, technology and finance professionals selling large multimillion-dollar accounts as well as managing many legacy, Fortune 500 clients where he consistently fostered strong long-term relationships and business projects. Lance graduated with a degree in Business Management from the University of Kentucky where he played receiver on the football team. Lance enjoys spending time on his hobby farm and with his wife and four kids.
